About Us

Who is Phi Kappa Psi?
Commonly referred to as "Phi Psi" we are a social fraternity organized under the Inter-Fraternity Council (IFC) at Michigan State. Founded in November of 1954, we have a reputation for developing our brothers into gentlemen both courteous and cultured.

History
Nationally, Phi Kappa Psi is one of the oldest and most storied fraternities in the United States. Founded at Jefferson College in Pennsylvania, the fraternity quickly spread all across the nation.

At Michigan State, our chapter was founded in 1954 where we acquired our house on the historic Abbot Road. Through the years, we have managed to keep this house and has since become a landmark to many Michigan State students.
